I didn’t receive an email confirmation after placing an order?
After each order we send a confirmation email. If you’ve not received this email within 5 minutes of placing your order it may be worth checking your email’s spam folder as occasionally they can be sent there by accident. If you can’t find your confirmation email in your spam folder please contact us. We will then send you a copy of your receipt.

How long do the posture correctors last?
Well, our aim is to make them last as long as possible. The material is strong and durable, so this should last you many years.
Can I wash my posture corrector
Our correctors are made from cotton, polyester and nylon, all of which are not machine washable. There are also plastic clasps, therefore it is advisable to hand wash. These are not for Machine washing.

How do I know what size is best?
The best way to know what size will be suitable for you is to measure the circumference of your chest. To do this, place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your chest and wrap it around (under your armpits and back to the front) to get the measurement in inches or centimetres.
