Exchanges & Refunds


If you’re not 100% satisfied with your posture corrector due to any defect, we are more than happy to exchange it for another one. To make an exchange, make sure you contact us within 30 days from your purchase date and let us know that you would like to exchange. 

For an exchange to occur, we just ask that:

  1. The product has not been used and is in brand new condition
  2.  The product is in the original packaging
  3. The product is returned to us within 30 days
Please note, the cost of shipping back to us is your responsibility, however, your new corrector will be shipped out with our free shipping once we have confirmed receipt of your original product. 


We strive to ensure that we provide you with the best quality of product, and we are sure that you will love our posture corrector. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, please contact us immediately. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days from your purchase date. We will then provide you with a return address to return your order.

We do not cover the cost of return postage / shipping, this is your responsibility.

In order for a refund the be processed successfully, you must follow the three step exchanges process above. As mentioned, postage / shipping is your responsibility and is not included in the refund process. Only the cost of the item is refundable. Once we have received your order, checked it out and are happy with it, we will process your refund using the same payment method provided at checkout. Please allow 7 days for a refund.

Faulty Products

All of our products are checked before being shipped to you, so to ensure that your receive the best quality. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can provide assistance.

As long as you provide us with clear photos and information on the damage, we will do our best to get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
